I am responsible for operating the studio audience camera and supporting the staff in pre-production
and post-production activities. I also assist with preparing the studio for the show by arranging props
and scientific equipment.
I received my degree in Television Production Operations from Pinellas Technical
Education Center in St. Petersburg, Florida.
I am very excited about being involved with such a diverse and important program as Project Oceanography.
The most interesting part of my job is operating the camera during the live on-air productions.
I am always on the move and on my toes. Doing a live production is like playing baseball;
you always have to keep your eyes on the ball!
