Abigail Vivlamore graduated from the University of South Florida in December 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in marine biology and a minor in psychology. As a scientific diver for USF, she has traveled to Curacao, completing coral, fish and invertebrate ID using a variety of surveys. She also currently volunteers for Reef Monitoring INC. and is a member of the St. Petersburg College Underwater Research Society which conducts fish surveys on the artificial and natural reefs in the Gulf of Mexico.
As a C-SCAMP intern for the summer of 2016, Abigail analyzed video taken by C-BASS, identifying and counting fish species on the West Florida Shelf. After graduating, she rejoined the C-SCAMP team in February 2017 to continue her work with fish analysis.
